I hired Remarkable Roofing and Construction LLC after storm damage to handle a full exterior refresh on my Dallas-area home: new roof and downspouts, exterior painting, and fence repair/replacement. From the first site visit through final walkthrough, the experience was professional and thorough.
The crew was skilled, respectful, and clearly experienced. They arrived on schedule, kept the property clean each day, and communicated progress clearly. For the fence, they completely removed the old damaged posts and installed new ones properly and securely—no shortcuts, no “just adding beside” the old ones. The finished fence is solid, straight, and looks like it belongs with the house.
Painting was done right: proper surface preparation, quality primer, and premium paint applied evenly with attention to detail. The results are clean and durable with no missed spots or uneven areas. On the roofing side, the work was precise, the downspouts integrated cleanly, and they provided a clear written warranty for the roof work, which gave me real confidence.
Any questions that came up were answered promptly and they stood behind the job. Several weeks later everything still looks excellent and has already held up through heavy rain and wind. I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to neighbors needing roofing, exterior painting, or storm-related construction repairs. Quality work and professional crew from start to finish.

Contracted him to replace my roof downspouts paint the house, and fix the fence that was blown down from the storm. Repairing the fence was a complete disaster. They did not remove all the poles just put new ones beside the one they could not get out. I had to finish the fence so it was done right. Painting the house the short cuts the used were unbelievable. What worries me is them doing this to someone that does not know what to look for. To notice that they are doing the job right. The wood the replaced did not primer were not Going to use Primer paint. They going to use the cheapest paint from Sherman Williams. I stop that I made them get Quality paint. His crew were not skilled laborers. I had to Point out and show them what they were doing wrong. I got no written guarantee on the roof. I would really think twice about using them.

I entered into a roofing contract with Remarkable Roofing and Construction, LLC on 4/24/2025. Address is: 5050 Quorum Drive, Suite 700 Dallas TX 75254.

The contractor breached their on contract because they didn't comply with the terms of the contract nor the insurance company specifications.

The below items were determined based on my insurance company conducting a re-inspection of my roof (I have a letter from my insurance company stating the following):
1. The contractor used shingles classified as Seconds that don't come with a manufacturing warranty and the contractor refuses to provide me with a Manufactures Warranty.
2. The contractor didn't use valley metal per the contract.
3. The contractor reused the asphalt starter from the old roof.
4. The contractor didn't replace the following items chimney flashing, rain cap, chimney shroud they just spray painted over it and wanted to receive full payment for all incomplete items.
5.The contractor didn't repair the window beading.
6. The contractor sent a final invoice to my insurance company attempting to collect payment for numerous incomplete items.

Remarkable Roofing and Construction’s crew did a great job on our roof replacement from hail damage! We liked that we were able to pick a different color that we originally had and the crew worked diligently and finished the roof in two days! Thanks Remarkable Roofing and keep up the great work! I highly recommend them to replace your roof for your home!
